Akinwalere Abayomi

Managing Director (ISO/IEC Certified, M.SC MNMGS, COMEG)

Abayomi has over Eleven years of increasing responsibilities in the construction industry. His core competence lies in his demonstrated ability to successfully supervise, perform, and deliver in the area of field geology, geotechnical engineering practice, road construction and general civil engineering practices.
Abayomi began his career in the year 2008 in Lagos State with Hitech Construction Company, a major road and structural builders. He rose to the position of Senior Staff in his field.
He has his Master in Engineering Geology in University of Lagos, Akoka.
He proceeded to Cedra Nigeria Limited in the year 2011 and participated in several building and road projects.
He joined Aurecon Nigeria, a multinational company across the globe in the year 2015 as a quality control and sustainability manager where he was exposed to different erosion gully sites, flooding areas and various geotech practices in various NEWMAP (Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project) sites Edo & Delta States under his supervision.
For advancement to demonstrate better performance in his newly operating company, Abayomi proceeded to South Africa to acquired more skill in his career where he was certified based on ISO/IEC 17025 which will aid him properly defend the intergrity of his organization where he now resume his normal daily business.
Main Project Abayomi played major role while practising with other companies are:
• Edo States; 3 Supervison Sites which are Queen Ede, Ekehuan & Oshibugie sites.
• Edo State: 10 Design sites; D1 to D10; Full geotechnical works.
• Construction of 186 Nos of 400mm diameter casing bored piles at Onikan, Lagos.
• Construction of 124 Nos of 400mm diameter bored piles at Gerhard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
• Construction and installation of gabion/renomatresses check dams at Ibore, Edo State.
• Performed several sub soil investigations within Lagos and other states in Nigeria.
• Rehabilitation and Construction of Lekki Epe Express Road, Lagos. – Client …LCC.
• Construction of the Lekki Link Falomo Old bridge, Lagos. Client … Lagos State Government.
• Complete involvement in all geotechnical works and construction of bored piling on the Lekki Epe Express toll gate 1 and 2.
• The complete rehabilitation of the Central Bank of Nigeria building and associated external works, building and car park, Abeokuta.

Adegboye Shola F

Technical Director (COREN, MNSE, C.ENG, MINISRUC)

Shola is an experienced professional in civil engineering which ensures that all engineering conditions and requirements are met on all projects at Earth Geo Engineering. He has over 16 year’s hands on experience in the monitoring and supervision of building / civil works as well as the design of structural members both concrete and steel structures. He is also adequately competent in Project monitoring and Management. Shola has a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State; He is a registered member of the Council of the Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria, Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers and the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Some projects in which Shola has played lead technical and management roles includes:

Olojo Fatai Oriyomi

Civil Engineer (COREN, PGD, Master of Technology civil engineering)

Oriyomi has over seven years of increasing responsibility in the construction industry on both roads and structures. He started his career with Hadel and Enic Ltd where he performed in the Rehabilitation of Port Harcourt / Owerry Road, construction of asphalt road at Orlu and surface dressing of dillaptated roads at Uratta.
He proceeded to Fhomo Nigeria Ltd where he plays a major role in the construction of Shagamu Steel Rolling Mills.
He has however performed excellently well in other civil engineering project, some of the projects are but not limited to:

• Drainage and surfacing at Onikotun / Okesalu Road, Ikotun Egbe, Lagos
• Drainage works along Capitol Road Agege World Bank Assisted Project
• Renovation of 28 blocks of flat at 1004 Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos
• Renovation of Central Bank of Nigeria Building, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

OLUWATUYI OJO MATTHEW

Quantity Surveyor (HND, PGD, MNIQS, MLP2MI (UK)

Matthew has over 18 years’ experience in civil engineering and building projects. He has gathered diverse range of experiences in various civil engineering companies, some of which includes Sauki EMF Nigeria Limited, Fhomo Nigeria Limited, African Petroleum Plc, Eti Osa Local Government, Cedra Nigeria Limited. He has been the head in virtually all the company where he works. Matthew’s primary qualification as a quantity Surveyor (HND Quantity Surveying at YABATECH) coupled with his PGD in Finance in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko has equipped him with a unique set of skills and experiences that is invaluable in the cost control and cost management in construction projects.

Oluwatuyi Ojo Matthew / Quantity Surveyor

AWODIYA IBUKUN SAMUEL

Field Geologist (B.Sc., NMGS, Geologist)

Ibukun has over Five years of increasing responsibilities in the field of geophysical and geotechnical investigation. As a geologist, Ibukun has been exposed to so many fields work within the southern and northern part of Nigeria with one responsibility to another. Apart from working under the supervision of local geologists, he has also been privileged to work with different foreign expertrate on Nigeria National petroleum corporation (NNPC) project.
He began his career in the year 2013 as a well site geologist in the year 2013 and also engaged in geophysical investigation to collect and collate data from various geophysical equipment, however, from then up till now, he has remained focused on geotechnical and geophysical work within Nigeria.
Main Project Ibukun played major role are but not limited to:
• FEED and EPCI cost estimates of crude and products pipelines and depots upgrade, NNPC, along Kaduna-Suleja, Kaduna-kano, Kaduna-Jos and Kaduna-Warri.
• Construction of 95 Nos of 300mm diameter casing bored piles at Ikotun, Lagos
• Construction of 104 Nos of 400mm diameter bored piles at Cheveron Axis, Lagos
• Construction and installation of gabion/renomatresses check dams at Ibore, Edo State.
• Performed several sub soil investigations within Lagos and other states in Nigeria.
